As far back as I can remember, I have always wanted to help others live their best life. After intensely reviewing a career book in my High School library, I discovered various helping occupations and decided becoming a therapist would be the best way for me to help others. While attending Spelman College, I volunteered with organizations focused on providing mental health support to those in need, which confirmed that I was following my heart by majoring in Psychology.

While obtaining my Master's Degree in Professional Counseling, I worked with children and adults whom experienced family violence. A few years later, I began working with children and adults who experienced sexual trauma, and I realized how meaningful it is to provide a Positive Outlook when one may feel as though positive aspects of life have become more difficult to identify. I hope you allow me to help you on your journey to identify the many great things life has to offer.

Since I am a summer baby, I love the sun too!
